This nine-branched menorah is ablaze with gold leaf to celebrate the Hanukkah tradition of the Temple rededication in Jerusalem. Vertical strokes of gray, parted by a swath of golden light, hint at a glimpse through the Temple curtain to the glory of God, the One who miraculously kept the candles burning.
